Shipping & Delivery

Early Rain makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. We process and ship orders from our IN warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders that are $25 and over (after discounts are applied) and shipping to a United States address, qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Expedited delivery is also available for an additional cost.

P.O. Box - Air Freight

Please note that we cannot ship air freight to a P.O. Box. Please provide an alternate street address.

  

Returns

New and unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item.

For your convenience, We provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. We will provide you with an exchange, or a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 2-4 weeks to receive and process your return and/or exchange.
